They got rid of all the pros

Cons

They are super fake nice but don't let that fool you. We pick favorites and only really help them move up. If your not one then we just give you a 0.10 raise every year. So next year you can make $13.10 a horrible hour.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
