Pros

Benefits are good. Parental leave is 11 weeks paid. Good work/life balance.

Cons

No one under Director level is eligible for bonuses (with the exception of sales managers). That’s a huge drawback. Promotions past manager level are difficult.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
