International scope of work, hands on and lots of learning opportunities

Management, board, and ED are inept. You move up if you only do what management says and if they like you. They have weaponized all of the strong justice analysis that should be use to progress in their work but instead, they use it to feel morally superior. There is no meaning behind all the jargon they use. A lot of talk and no walk.
