Friendly, fun team that likes to have costume contests, holiday parties, and regular team lunches to build camaraderie... be ready for lots of laughing! Extremely understanding and caring, I could always tell management/HR about something going on that I needed to take care of, just like family A wonderful opportunity to grow and learn a lot about Salesforce -- I worked on and off with CG for many years (I moved around a bit) and every job I have gotten has always mentioned that my Salesforce experience was the reason I even landed an interview. Senior management knew that I did not necessarily want to stay in the industry, and was always happy to have me connect with clients in my desired field to learn more about opportunities Pay was great, and I really owe my ability to save up and move abroad in a short amount of time due CG really helping me set goals and targets, and granting me a pay raise after a performance evaluation. If you work hard, you will be rewarded.

It may be a small company but it is extremely fast-moving and you are expected to wear many hats... which can be tasking, but GREAT for professional development and growth. Quicker learners need apply!
