      Freedom to work on side projects that interest you. Great benefits and a relaxed work environment. The sell an innovative product that will continue to grow.

      Cons

      No direction from upper management. Not much room for advancement. Owners are very hands off at times then are hands on sometimes, making it hard to read management

      Pros

      An overall good place to work. Hired me 3 days out of college. Management is open and works well with the team.

      Cons

      Honestly can not think of any cons. There is a looser work structure here, so if you lack self motivation then you might have trouble getting your work done.

      The owners care about their employees. Great benefits. Casual Friday is every day.

      Some times you have to work long hours when a project demands it but that is how it is at any place.
