New Leadership - Employee Corrisoft Employee Review

Corrisoft is a smaller start up with a great mission; to improve the lives of their participants through the use of technology. I can tell you first hand multiple stories where this is the case. I know the team at Corrisoft is bought into the mission and it is a huge reason why they do what they do.

Being a smaller organization, needs often dictate you wear multiple hats. Some people thrive in those types of organizations. If you enjoy "staying in your lane", Corrisoft may not be the place for you.

The company had great culture when I started. It went down hill with turnover.

Lack of Management from CEO Alan Eargle. He had poor decision making skills especially when hiring certain leadership positions.
