Pros

Nothing is there, worst work life balance, worst managers

Cons

There won't be a work life balance Unachievable targets, have extend shift hours upto 12, though they will force us to give weekend supports if we say no they won't give leave even while we on emergency, if we ask more than one day leave they will mark it as LOP even though we have leave balance, they want us to work for 365 days ,24/7, the managers another level they have barbaric mentality, they will treat us like a slave, so much of politics, I would strongly not recommend this company to anyone

Pros

The only pros are salary and remote work

Cons

Many cons. First, the job interview is extremely intimidating and borders harassment. Be prepared. The company lacks structure, management, and proper education. They frown upon employee interactions during work hours since it will take away from chart reviews. Therefore, you are pretty much alone all day. The company physicians are not well educated on coding and clinical criteria; however, if you disagree with their advice be prepared to be on their bad side and be placed on a PIP without being given a heads up. Supervisors and other leaders are demeaning and make you feel like you don’t know anything and if you challenge them - you are always an inferior and will be put in your place. Therefore, leave your past education and pride at the door; otherwise, this company will make you miserable. Basically, the culture at Corro is toxic.
