      Not much of a team atmosphere. Engaging with other coworkers is frown upon. If you ask questions regarding QA The auditor gets really defensive. It’s hard to learn from errors when this occurs.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
