      Pros

      Environment in the corrohealth is just almost perfect. Their interior design is really good.

      Cons

      Behaviour of some managers is inappropriate as a full grown educated person. If you have completed your given work of the day under 8 hours of screen time ( TOS) still they want you to sit full 8 hours in front of screen.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Cons

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
