      Pros

      Worst work culture. No work life balance. treats like you a slave. Pathetic Managers. Admin team + Security team illiterate fellows. No phones are allowed in office. you can not bring your bag + Lunch at your workstation. in the washroom also you have to wear ID card. they gives you ols used non performing laptops / headsets/ Mouse/ bag I will advice never to join this company. there are many more pros.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
