Toxic. The leadership will feed you a lot of positivity when you start. However, they overload you with work. They say that they distribute the workload evenly. They do not. They micromanage you all day. They have no empathy for anything that you may be going through. HR does nothing to help you even when you provide evidence of your concerns. They gaslight you constantly. You receive very little training. They DO NOT care about their hourly employees.
