      Pros

      I started my career as a fresher in Visionary RCM, that time the work culture and everything was different.. We have to work for all the days in weekend, working in weekend is mandatory there is no work life balance there, we can only able to work there for all days and they provide incentives for weekend in form of double pay and growth opportunity also there

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
