      Pros

      Corohealth, formerly Trust HCS was an amazing company built from the ground up by medical coders. The company was an amazing place to work with high paying, great before, and awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      Pat Leonard is the whole problem when he came on board the company went to all production oriented and people no longer mattered.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
