10yThank you for the review, we are very sorry to hear that your experience at Corrosion Service fell short of expectations. The positive news is that in the past few months Corrosion Service has gone through an ownership change and our new CEO Dean Rookes is working hard to transform our management practices. While the issues you identified may take some time to resolve, we have had been able to make quick progress by revamping our compensation structure and introducing professional growth opportunities. Obviously these initiatives are probably too late for you, but we do recognize that we need to work harder for all team members and thank you for your candid review.
