Pros
Nice people, supportive coworkers, good hours. The nature of business is interesting, plenty to learn.
Cons
Tiresome work coordination in order to enable the "big bosses" have their regular reports. One system implemented across the corporation, but simply not suitable for all parts of the business and reducing effectiveness.
