Even though it is a big company, it feels small due to its culture and people who work there. There are a lot of opportunities because it is a big company.
Cons
Corteva has become to feel more like working for Corporate America which has its struggles. Given it is an agriculture company, there are up and down years. This causes inconsistent raises and bonuses, and recently restructuring.
