Generous compensation, vacation, medical and retirement benefits.
Cons
The company has split and merged too many times in the last 10 years, (pioneer hibred to dupont…then dupont to DowDupont….now “corteva”) resulting in constanr re-organization. Staffing is short, and people are often asked to stretch themselves very thin to meet financial goals.
