Cons
lack of diversity due to majority workforce dominate by Indian and male populations in the region. Poor FP&A reporting process. New reporting system/process roll-out always lack of planning resulted in regions team must went through the "pain" process help global get into right pathway. Messy organization culture due to company background was from merger of few companies but leadership does not manage to hominization the culture post-merger, it has been 5 years after merger now.
