      Cons

      Being in a contract position isn't very secure and there is no guarantee that you can switch into a full time research position after your term as a postdoctoral researcher ends.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.
