      Benefits are fantastic (Pay, Medical, Time Off, etc)

      Cons

      Typical large company bureaucracy - slow to change. Too much outsourced. Many times there is no "employee" that you can talk to about an issue or question. I especially dislike HR being entirely outsourced and the high ratio of 3rd party IT resources.

      Very flexible work schedule and great leave for new children

      Pros

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Cons

      Can be high stress and long hours
