      Flexibility and benefits are good, that seems to be what keeps most of the employees there

      Cons

      culture has declined over the years with the company seeming to not care about its employees as much as it use to. Large pay discrepancies .

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
