      Pros

      -Great team, everybody is always willing to help you out, especially when you first start -Provide training and it is easy to get a hold of someone if you have any questions -Fulfilling role and not "sharkey" like other firms, everyone works together -Management really listens to you and it is easy to speak with them -Flexi-time for work hours -Great location + office

      Pros

      The team are really friendly and good to have a laugh with Great training, tips and help They're very patient with you and want you to do the best you can Great company and working ethos to clients and candidates Flexible hours!

      Cons

      Not many. My only struggle was with the sales aspect of the role but that's not a negative on Cortex's part, more something I discovered I wasn't personally good at! It is long hours, but you get use to that and the flexible hours do help (plus normally we finish at 4pm on fridays which is bliss!).
