Pros
- Most of the teams are great save for some upper management and/or new managers - Cybersecurity is interesting and a great space to start learning about it - Was generally easy to work with immediate teams - Could possibly turn around with the Travelers transition or at least people will be exposed somehow
Cons
- Horrific culture shift since Madhu came in sadly - Promotions are driven by favoritism - If someone in leadership doesn’t like you, just look for a new job because there’s no way that they’ll actually make an effort to work with you genuinely. They may make it seem like they are to cover themselves but other than that it’s likely just to save face - Not sure what is going to happen with Travelers but hopefully the transition helps current employees in the long run - Opinions run rampant and if it’s someone who is in the inner circle, even though the opinion really may not be sound, there’s no room for sway or influence regardless if they want to make you think it can be influenced
