      Hours aren't the greatest but it is car sales. One of the better pay plans for dealerships

      If you need a shop supplied tool that they don't already have they'll usually order it

      Cons

      Current management is completely clueless, 9 hour work days are expected, and it's obvious that management plays favorites as to who gets the better work.
