Well structured and very caring for employees. Great Learning Experiences in every sense.

They do no pay well.

- Work from home 4 days per week. Just one day at the office. - The employees I worked with were incredible. - Learning about Social and Emotional Learning.

- No benefits beside the home office. - The communication with the leadership team, specially the CEO is complicated. - The salary is not competitive. However there is a very large pay gap with some of its employees. - There are no career opportunities in the short or medium term unless you are a foreigner, hopefully from USA or UK.
