I will try to keep this to a precise list - New CEO has never lived in the US and has no idea how the market works - Disturbing amount of discrimination against anyone non Korean - Misogynistic culture where females are spoken down to, and deemed aggressive when making firm decisions - Raises for high performers dont even cover inflation costs - CSO is inexperienced and dismissive of women or anyone more intelligent - Scary amount of quality issues - No processes connecting or aligning departments - The lab is just a bunch of kids - The amount of resignations in just the last year is shocking and the company does nothing to slow it - The environment and company culture is brutal - no path for growth in careers - The company has no clear vision or direction since previous CEO left
