Hostile - Anonymous employee Cosmetic Solutions Employee Review

Upper management is terrible and disorganized. Employees are underpaid/pay gaps are obvious and known. Benefits are not good. HR sweeps all issues under the rug and is disgustingly biased. Allows hostile/abusive managers to “lead” teams. Mostly hires externally, allowing no opportunity for growth. Took commission away from sales, leaving no incentive to sell. Some departments are expected to work overtime. Nobody wants to take accountability when problems occur. Interdepartmental communication is awful. The greediness and disregard for others is palpable.
