Cons
Firstly they get you with how convincing and awesome it sounds to fly out to perth for 1 week to do training. YES ONLY 1 week of training provided for new nurses who have never done cosmetic injectables. But they make you sign a contract which states you will owe them $10k if you leave the company before the contract ends. Not one contract is the same as another nurse in the company. Poor management skills - barely answer your phone calls, but they say to call management when a customer wants to use a gift card or if a customer needs approval for free of charge treatments The pay is absolutely crap considering we not only are RN doing injectables but also do receptionists work as well and are asked to complete consults treatments and paperwork all in 15mins. That is ridiculous The owner is so rude, same goes with management acts all nice in front your face but then treats you like crap. Theres only 1 manager for ALL stores in Australia There is no one else in the stores except 1 nurse, the manager and owners don’t even care where the locations of the stores are and how some of them are in the most scary and dodgy parts of victoria. They dont care about safety They dont care when stock is running low and expect the nurse to travel over 2hrs round trip to get stock from another store who is also running low already. The company doesnt even provide basic needs of first aids in the stores. Definitely violating alot of TGA guidelines and law. Dont understand how they are running the company. Also they hire out overseas call centres, so when a customers calls the company they end up getting told completely wrong information.
