The customers are great and workers occasionally got free products.
Cons
It is store policy that each store only has 4 employees MAX. This made calling off/requesting off or changing your schedule in any way extremely hard. Workers are often made to work 6-7 days straight and given short shifts instead of given fewer longer shifts. This made work/life balance nonexistent. I also have to mention Saturday shifts. Whoever is scheduled on Saturday works alone from 7:45am to 4:15pm. You are not allowed to close the store for lunch so you may very easily go the whole day without eating and without a single break. On top of that, they do everything in their power to avoid paying you overtime so they'll work you to your limit until it starts costing them. There was no sign the company cared for its employees at all.
