Pros

Hard to find any (only chose one star as it forces you to select something)

Cons

No employee appreciation. Constant layoffs. Stagnant salary for 2+ years. Company would rather get rid of quality talent and hire more VP's. The "new" collaborative work environment is in poor design, only VP's and above are offered offices. Dumping $70million on a new building, investing $40million in (what they call) "new" technology (this is about 10 years shy of actually being considered "new" mind you) to layoff 250+ employees, as well as, close multiple offices just to provide the board with more money. When Anand past away things went south fast. Frank made some poor decisions and when faced with the backlash of it played the victim. Poor Frank......$6million salary with a guaranteed 150% bonus every year must be REALLY hard to handle. Too much to list actually

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
