Pros

-Opportunities to prove self (because most have left) -Office environment is adequate

Cons

-Critically Low morale (no interest in Employee climate surveys) -New CEO's first townhall speech was to defend himself receiving 2 salaries for fulfilling 2 positions (Employees have have been taking on 2-3 employees work, after those employees left out of frustration with compensation/workload and lack of opportunity, and they receive nothing) - Department has seen more than 8 people quit (senior leaders to engineers). You join a company and leave a boss, and yet leadership that remains are not held accountable. - Focus on Acquisition of companies while ignoring operational efficiency (There is no COO) - Salaries are not competitive (less than 20-30% of market) - Slow to no action in backfilling of those who quit

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
