Pros
I have a really strong leader, she works hard, is supportive and leads from the front. I feel they are true believers in D&I and driving from the front for CSR. 2 volunteers days a year and more if requested. ie we had a volunteer firefighter in the January bush fires and we gave him an extra 5 days. I am working on some interesting things and working on change, not just status quo operational delivery. the international business is going well, it feels the US leave us to be successful, not too much 'global' pressure Friendly environment where people collaborate and work hard, doesn't feel like there are many places to hide... I really like that.
Cons
Feels like we are trying to be everything to all clients sometimes without focusing. A relatively small international arm, limited growth for those in middle/senior roles who are trying to follow a traditional ladder. Anyone wanting exposure, cross functional learning and access to executives and large scale work, this place is perfect.
