Pros

There are great benefits and they do a lot to teach and educate via tuition reimbursements, career training, retirement education, financial and health literacy classes etc.

Cons

Middle management has evolved into a hindrance to change, motivation for lower level employees and a block to the overall strategy of the company. There is a difference in the leadership styles observed. High level management uses democratic type leadership while middle management is more authoritative and micro management is not uncommon.

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
