Pros

There are bright and talented people working here, but they are few and far between. Decent raises (when you get them) and benefits, as long as you are able to keep your job.

Cons

Distrusts and disrespects employees by not allowing them to work from home, even during a pandemic. Strongly holds onto outdated notion that employees are less productive when working remotely. Forces employees back into office by classifying them as essential workers. Management is not interested in employee development. No career growth or advancement opportunities. The emphasis is clearly on pleasing stockholders, not retaining and valuing employees. With a "growth by cutting" strategy that leads to frequent layoffs, mutual loyalty between management and the workforce is non-existent. There is also no respect for employee feedback or concerns, and micromanagement is the prevailing management style. Lacks real interest in innovation and clings onto outdated systems and legacy technologies. Nepotism, inappropriate behavior, and various forms of harassment and discrimination were the norm when I was employed here, and unfortunately, from reading other reviews, this toxic culture still persists. You will have to develop a strong network and skill set on your own time to find your next position after working here because CoreLogic is perpetually behind the curve. Ideally, you leave CoreLogic on your own terms. Otherwise, if you're one of the many who get laid off, finding your next position will be difficult if you're not prepared.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
