Pros

Good PTO if you've been there several years. Work from home options depending on pandemic levels.

Cons

Company won't invest in its own products or its people. Vital systems aren't being supported when they need to be updated or replaced. No plans on updating them. Other departments throw yours under the bus when they fall behind. Mass exodus of managers to a competing company to avoid department take over by a leader who has shown that the bottom line is his only concern. Have gone multiple years without a raise, due to a "bad year" in another division I dont even work for. They never made up for it, regular raises are lacking anyway and come 6 months after the end of year reivew. Offices are unballanced, some have high tech lounges, beer fridays, breakfast served everyday, free snacks, etc. while ours has.... a ping pong table.

Pros

- The company genuinely prioritizes employee mental health and well being, which is refreshing. - They have honored their commitment to a flexible hybrid work model, and the engaging ERG events on in office days make you want to be there. - It is a culture that rewards team players with a strong work ethic. - As a smaller company, you feel like your contributions truly matter.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
