Pros
I like people from India and have worked and had friends from India for years.
Cons
90% of the employees in MTG are from India. How is that a fair distribution when the office is in Westlake, Texas? It has the appearance (and the experience) of racism. You might say the technology is so stale that they can only get foreign refugees to work on it, but that's not really true. There appears to be a racial bias among the management. A meat-grinder environment with alot of indentured servant workers kissing up to dishonest managers.
