      It is a Good company for freshers

      Cons

      Very low salary at the start and sometimes they even ask you to work for free for first 3 months, I am not aware whether this is still in practice

      its a small company, everyone seems to know everyone working for the company and you get to learn a lot as you have to do a lot of work on your own

      Cons

      due to small company, it may or may not be in financial crunch. that may make your job a bit unstable
