      there is no best reason to work there.

      Cons

      Don't value the employee. the don't provide payroll after working for more than 4 years. They don't have enough projects.. so most of the staff is idol .. hence why they also deduct the salary.

      its a small company, everyone seems to know everyone working for the company and you get to learn a lot as you have to do a lot of work on your own

      Cons

      due to small company, it may or may not be in financial crunch. that may make your job a bit unstable
