Thank you for your review. We regularly review our pay rates and although other employers may offer a higher base salary, we offset this with our generous benefits package which includes 40-60% discount across all our brands, up to 33 days annual leave with the option to purchase additional days, and further discounts through the Perkbox app. We also provide development and progression opportunities within our stores which offer an increase in base pay.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re happy you enjoy the work environment and overtime opportunities. We understand that having a proper lunch area makes a big difference and have a few different break areas throughout our Kemble site where colleagues can spend their lunch breaks and make use of kitchen facilities.
