Relaxed work environment but hours are inconsistent - House Cleaner CottageCare Employee Review

I worked here while going to college and I loved it so much. My managers were always great and I met some really cool people! The work itself was exhausting, but I was never pushed past my limits.

Hard on body (up and down multiple flights of stairs with equipment)

lots of work if you need it, rewarding when you have a good client, flexible schedule, encouraging management team.

the pay is low considering the amount of physical labor. tips are not reliable. very high turn over rate. bonus would never be more than $20. there is pretty much no option for career advancement. management does not view houses before sending cleaners which can be an issue.
