      Pros

      They had a nice kitchen and decent coffee.

      Cons

      They expect you to give 110% for minimal pay, with training that’s a joke and management that’s completely lost. The owner shows up whenever they’re not on vacation or dodging the morning commute, yet insists everyone else be in the office for the sake of “culture.” Hard pass.

      I’ve been working for CCLA 3+ years and I really enjoy my job, I genuinely feel appreciated here. Management does a great job of showing employees that we are valued. They listen carefully to our feedback and make an effort to improve the workplace based on what we share.
