Long hours, for a small company you have no impact on work and the ceo hasn't been able to turn a profit in a decade. Not sure if management even knows what direction they're heading or how to even use a smartphone. They rely on a product that is overpriced compared to competitors and for that reason has sold ten times less and post negative revenues. To top it all off the CEO who isn't able to steer the company in the right direction seems to be making decent amount, near a million dollars (publicly traded company, ceo salary is publicly available) while regular employees are underpaid about 25 percent less than market value. No raises in this company. Best decision i made was to leave. Nice people, but this company is headed under.
