Pros
The culture here is genuinely great! It's fast-paced and people are driven, but everyone is also super collaborative and willing to help each other out. It never feels cutthroat. Fully remote work is a huge plus; you're trusted to manage your own time and get things done without anyone breathing down your neck. Leadership is transparent and approachable, which makes a big difference. Benefits are solid, work-life balance is real :)
Cons
The main downside of being fully remote is the lack of in-person connection; spontaneous conversations and team bonding just don't happen naturally. It's also a very entrepreneurial, self-driven environment, so if you need a lot of structure or hand-holding to stay motivated, this probably isn't the right fit.
