Could pay more initially but its not terrible

None really, they take advantage of employees that do their job well while management sits backs and reaps all of the rewards. They say that they want their employees to feel heard but they will just have the same meetings over and over to hear peoples opinions and do nothing about it. I was lied to during the interview process, the upper management tried to get out of it by saying "we are new to the company too, and we didn't know their policies". Just run, don't believe the hype because they talk a good game but you will be regretting your decision every day. Almost everyone on the sales team is "new" except for 2-3 people.. there's a reason for this. Everyone of quality that was in a position to be able to leave has left. That doesn't say much about a company.

Everything, they will tell you what you want to hear but you will never see ACTUAL results.
