Overall the company is great, the people are all nice and the managers really care about the employees.

There isn't much as far as a raise every year other than the 2-3%, commissions are pretty low .5% but then if you hit your targets it does go up depending on how much above the targets you are. But then the next year you have to hit above what you made the year before. If you are below your targets then there might be a good chance you will be let go.
