      Cons

      As with many fast-growing companies, priorities can shift frequently and processes are still evolving. Clearer communication and more structured career progression would improve the employee experience.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits getting a lot better, resilient culture, fast paced, exposure to global teams, career movement and ability to take full ownership w support of my mgrs.

      Cons

      Pace of change creates ambiguity but here for it: can only make me better. Various time zones tough when having family but my mgr works w me. Success here requires resilience, adaptability, and consistent execution. Not for many. Join only if you can run with it.
