If you come to work at CourseHorse you will be amazed by how motivated everyone is to problem solve, and how often people are stepping outside the basic confines of their role to help others. The entrepreneur spirit is inside every team-member, and they are all empowered to find the best solution.
Cons
This isn't the stereotypical start-up from TV/the movies - it is not the glamorous office space with ping-pong tables everywhere. If all the aesthetic bells and whistles are what you are looking for, you should look elsewhere.
