Health Benefits, CRM is good, some great core employees have stuck it out

59 hour scheduled work weeks, zero room for advancement, upper management plays favorites. VERY high turnover. Many things are broken in the used car reconditioning process. They pride themselves on being family owned and operated but in the past few years treat their employees like a big box publicly traded company without the pay. I think there is a major breakdown from what Scott wants and what the Executive staff are doing.
