Pros

I've been here going on 4 years now and I have to say, my associates and management team do a lot for each other. We value guest and employee feedback and appreciation comments to ensure better service between ourselves and our guests. My boss handles work requests very well, almost having never been denied a request, he ensures all his employees get the time off they deserve and ask for as long as labor permits .

Cons

Guests can act rather entitled and are uneducated in terms of all that we actually do and try to have done for the guest and their experience at the hotel. Some things can be out of our control either as an individual or as a department and guests can tend to overlook that.

Pros

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Cons

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
