Pros

Great AGM who will work through any situation and knows how to teach.

Cons

Any hotel front desk job will let you know that the hardest part is handling the guests, who can be upset at you that they got a flat tire. Empathy is key, and from there the job should be smooth sailing.

Pros

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Cons

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
